Tait is a small family winery in the Barossa Valley, where Shiraz has been grown on old vines for well over a century. Their reds are the full-bodied Barossa style: blackcurrant, stewed plum and cherry with chocolate, earth and spice from sweet oak, a creamy texture over soft velvety tannins, and a long finish. Not a shy wine.
