• Single barrel straight bourbon whiskey produced by Preservation Distillery in Bardstown, Kentucky • Bottled exclusively for Skurnik Wines & Spirits • Barrel 40 • Distilled at an undisclosed Tennessee distillery • Undisclosed mash bill of corn, rye, and malted barley • Aged 20 years; the last 10 years spent maturing at Preservation Distillery • Non-chill filtered; bottled at a cask strength of 59.3% ABV “Cherry cordial and baked fruit jump right out of the glass, backed by rich oak and caramel. Layers of fig, dark berry, and toffee keep it evolving with every sip. The texture is ripe and full without being heavy, tapering into dry oak and polished tannin.
