• Single barrel straight bourbon whiskey produced by Prohibition Craft Spirits (PCS) Distilling Company in Louisville, Kentucky • Bottled exclusively for Skurnik Wines & Spirits • Barrel KY166 • Distilled at Barton 1792 Distillery in Bardstown, Kentucky • Mash bill of 75% corn, 21% rye, and 4% malted barley • Aged 7 years in new American oak barrels; this includes over one year in PCS Distilling’s heat-cycled warehouse • Non-chill filtered; bottled at a cask strength of 70.7% ABV “Deep and brooding, this hazmat selection (a whiskey of 70% ABV or higher, forbidden by the FAA on aircraft due to its flammable nature) features aromas of molasses, candied citrus peel, and roasted peanut.
