Our Pinot Gris style falls between the lighter Italian Pinot Grigio and the richer, rounder Pinot Gris from Alsace. This fresh wine offers flavors of juicy pear, melon and a hint of spice. It is a perfect match for scallops or halibut.

St. Michael-Eppan Pinot Grigio is a straw yellow color with a slight green shimmer. Fruity aroma of pear and apple. On the palate, soft, refined and elegant.

This uncomplicated aperitif wine is often drunk at trendy parties and scene events. Combines perfectly with baked curd praline on tomato carpaccio.
