Spirit Of Hven Aquavit Organic

Nose: Caramel, tomato vine, mixed peels, a hint of worn leather and some of that caraway too.

Palate: Slightly oily with hints of orange, sweet cinnamon stick, dill and a touch of dark berry tartness.

Finish: Peppery, vanilla latte.

Overall: A delightful, oak influenced spirit from the Swedish islands.
