- Lightly aged, spiced Demerara rum produced by Demerara Distillers Limited at Diamond Distillery, the last remaining distillery in Guyana
- Produced in accordance with the Demerara Rum Geographical Indication
- Distilled from 100% molasses primarily in DDL's heritage four-column metal French Savalle still
- Botanicals include clove, nutmeg, cinnamon, and orange peel; macerated post-distillation
- Lightly aged before bottling; a portion of the blend aged up to 3 years
- Enticing aromas of vanilla pudding, toasted cinnamon, and nutmeg lead to a surprisingly sprightly palate of light baking spice with a hint of green peppercorn and star anise; a final push of cinnamon closes out the balanced finish
