• Practicing Biodynamic • 78% Chardonnay, 22% Pinot Noir • Sourced from Mt. Pajaro (Santa Cruz Mountains AVA) and Bearwallow (Anderson Valley AVA) • Both vineyards are high elevation, ranging from 440'-980' • Hand-harvested • Native yeast fermentation • Long slow pressing of the grapes that were fermented in neutral oak for 8 months, partial malolactic. The Reserve wine goes back to the 2016 • Aged 2 years en tirage • 12.5% ABV
