DESCRIPTION
Marsanne, Roussanne blend fermented on the skins for six weeks. Although it definitely has some grip, it's still fresh and fruity with a long mineral finish.
This wine feels good as you sip. Sweet on the nose with a touch of funk in all the good ways. It's kind of George Clinton from Parliament meets Isaac Hayes as Chef from South Park. Think Chardonnay but with higher notes, soft floral with a dry finish.
It keeps in the motif of the month: GREAT with food!
