DESCRIPTION
DESCRIPTION
This riesling has crisp acidity and aromatic floral notes are plentiful: lilac, violet and hints of rose. This is an off-dry wine with a tangy minerality that is softened by the sweetness of the residual sugar. Enjoy as an aperitif or serve as a perfect accompaniment to light but savory dishes like shrimp scampi or seared halibut.
