• Limited release single malt Irish whiskey produced by High N’ Wicked • Distilled at the Cooley Distillery in County Louth, Ireland, by former Master Distiller Noel Sweeney on November 20, 2002 • Twice distilled in copper pot stills • Barrel entry proof of 127.2 • Aged 19 years in second-fill Heaven Hill, Austin Nichols, and Ancient Age bourbon barrels and bottled by individual cask • Each box includes personalized tasting notes written by Sweeney himself • Bottled at cask strength without additives or coloring • Non-chill filtered; 52.7%–56.7% ABV (ABV varies cask to cask) Part of High N’ Wicked’s Singular Limited Release range, Saints & Scholars began with 30 single malt barrels distilled by 30+-year industry veteran and whiskey icon Noel Sweeney during his tenure as Master Distiller at Cooley. Each year, Sweeney hand-selects five barrels from this private collection and bottles them individually. The second release in a 5-part vertical series, Saints & Scholars 19 Year displays how this unique collection has evolved since the previous 18-year release.
