Siete Leguas is horno cooked, and a tahona mix extraction. It is a fine tequila, with aromas of brine, slight smoke, spice, slightly hot, and fruity nose. On taste it shows thin to medium oil, some pepper, a slight burn, spicy, slight smoke with an slightly stone(earthy) taste. It goes out with spice and pepper, with a medium finish.
