Blended & bottled in Niigata, Japan, this 10 year old malt whisky is matured in American ex bourbon, Oloroso sherry & rare Japanese Mizunara Oak. Natural color with notes of plum, oak & cinnamon spice. 

This 100% malted barley world blend whisky is a marriage of whiskies from Niigata Japan & the lowlands of Scotland. Matured for 10 years in Ex-Bourbon, Oloroso Sherry & rare Mizunara Oak, Shibui is 100% natural color. Notes of coffee, cinnamon, dark chocolate & oak.

Mouthwatering Whisky!!!

My friends bought me a bottle of this for my birthday after talking about wanting to start exploring the realm of Japanese whiskeys. Still being new to whiskey game I would say this was a very smooth and well rounded, a great experience overall. I am going to continue exploring Japanese whiskeys prob staring with the remainder of Shibuis.
