• American dry gin produced by Finger Lakes Distilling in Burdett, New York • Distilled from a base of Finger Lakes Distilling’s own local grape spirit • Produced using water sourced from aquifers around Seneca Lake, the deepest lake in New York • 11 botanicals include juniper, coriander, angelica root, orange peel, cardamon, lemon peel, peppercorn, hyssop, dill, licorice root, cucumber • Botanicals are ground and macerated overnight before being distilled • Distilled in a 350-gallon Holstein pot still with rectification column • Zippy and fresh with notes of citrus peel, juniper, cucumber, clove, and light anise • NY Farm Distillery License eligible • Non-chill filtered; 43% ABV Named for the booming phenomenon of Seneca lake—often described as cannon- or thunder-like—Seneca Drums Gin is an expressive, dry gin distilled from Finger Lakes Distilling’s own local grape spirit and a signature blend of eleven botanicals.
