• 100% Semillon • A single vineyard, planted in 1848 in the Light Pass region of the Barossa Valley. It is believed to be the oldest Semillon (Madeira) vineyard in the world and one of the last remaining in Australia. • Ancient lake bed sand • Hand harvested in late January • Basket pressed • Fermented with cool temperatures in stainless steel • Bottled aged for 5 years prior to release, allowing it to develop complexity and subtle texture while retaining its freshness.
