This liter of pure French joy is made from Chenin Blanc that hails from Saumur and Chardonnay that is pressed and trucked in from the Ardeche. Fermented in concrete it has a perfect minerality that makes it lip smacking and super enjoyable.
Fresh, succulent stonefruit with a citrus backbone.Texture, stone fruit, wax, low acid and melon drive this wine. Best paired with Chicken and Turkey.
