Schild Estate Pramie Barossa Shiraz 2019

From estate vineyards in the Barossa Valley, this cracking Shiraz is under cork. Deep maroon in colour, there are lots of coffee bean and vanillin notes here, as the oak is rather prominent but it is integrating well. An appealing freshness here, with chocolate, mocha, licorice and blackberry, this is dense, sleek and supple.

There is a fine line of acidity and very good length. The concentration never waivers, even to the long finish. This is for lovers of big, bold and generous Barossa Shiraz. Enjoy over the next ten to fifteen years.
