DESCRIPTION
Podere Salicutti is a small organic estate on the southeastern side of Montalcino, and Piaggione is one of its single vineyards. Dark transparent ruby. Liquorice, smoky wood, dried rose and wild strawberry on the nose, then Amarena cherry, sandalwood and dark chocolate. Full bodied but fresh, with velvety tannins and a graceful finish.
