DESCRIPTION
This single-vineyard Sancerre is grown on limestone and flint soils in Chavignol. Hand-harvested bunches undergo a brief, gentle press to minimize phenolics. Fermentation takes place in temperature-controlled stainless steel, followed by 6 months' contact with lees, stirred monthly for texture. No oak is used, allowing pure flinty minerality and zesty citrus to shine. Bottled under screwcap to preserve freshness, the wine highlights chalky salinity, green apple and flint.
