Harvested early for brightness, this rosé from Saddlehill's hillside vineyards leverages Grenache and Sangiovese for fresh red-berry aromas. Grapes undergo a brief maceration (6 8 hours) to extract a delicate salmon hue, followed by cool stainless-steel fermentation to retain primary fruit vibrancy. No oak contact preserves pure strawberry, watermelon rind and floral notes, while a pinch of residual sugar balances crisp acidity. Housed in slim-neck bottles, the Sweet Rosato is a lively, summer-ready expression of foothill fruit.
