A sublime expression of Blanc de Blancs, this exceptional vintage celebrates the hand of Man. In its quest for excellence, the House has sought to further age the wine to give it more depth. For this cuvée, the oenological team had the idea of reintroducing the cork print.
An intuition validated over the years and through tastings. Linked to the action of the ten years of maturation, the cork brings a woody side to this vintage: on the nose as well as on the palate, one can feel aromas of grilled almond and coffee. This cuvée has the aromatic freshness of chardonnay, the Ruinart signature recognisable among thousands. Combined with time, it expresses itself here with even more depth, amplitude and aromatic complexity.
