DESCRIPTION
Zweigelt, St Laurent and Pinot Noir from the Kamptal, named for the Cistercian monks who farmed these slopes from 1171. Pale pink, with tart summer berry and rose petal on the nose, then strawberry, melon and blood orange with a spicier note through the middle. Light bodied and dry, the acidity vital, the finish clean with a little grip. Restrained rather than fruity.
