Made from 100% pure Sangiovese grapes. The origin for this innovative label is the classic one whereBorroworks; in Tuscany. The vinification provides for Rose del Borro that this wine is obtained by cold pressing of Sangiovese grapes. The day after the harvest, the grapes are destemmed - pressed and conveyed to the press where the skin maceration takes place. Then, by pressing, the must is obtained which, after clarifying, is fermented at a controlled temperature of 15-17, in steel tanks. At the end of fermentation, the wine is left in contact with the yeast for about 60 days, after which it is racked and prepared for bottling.
Features of this Tuscany Rose
The appearance is a lively pink. The aroma is fresh with hints of white flowers and fresh fruit. The taste reflects the sensations of freshness due to a balanced acidity and small red fruits.
