We have ordered Romana Black Sambuca three times from the Wine Chateau. The first two shipments were perfect; leading us to order a third time. However, the Wine Chateau substituted a similar product without my permission. I was so disappointed, as some of the bottles were meant as gifts.
It took several emails, but the Wine Chateau finally did send me a return label, and we shipped the bottles back.. At this moment, my refund is pending…
