Notes of juicy pineapple and ripe pear fruit mingle with warm apple pie and toasted hazelnut flavors. The wine's defining creaminess and rich texture are elevated by refreshing acidity.

The rich, vibrant essence of Chardonnay: Bright, enticing fruity aromas - juicy Honey crisp apple, citrus-laced Asian pear, ripe melon and fresh quince - are intermingled with vanilla-scented creme brulee, subtle minerality, and traces of warm hazelnut and clove.

The fruit has evolved from yellow apple toward orange and cranberry notes while the lees take it in the direction of wild fennel and crushed seashells. Firm and juicy, this is ready to chill for grilled shellfish.
