Red with tawny reflections. The wine takes a while to express itself before revealing aromas of roasting and candied prunes.
Chocolate, mocha and figs notes. The mouth is sweet and heady, its tannins melt around notes of cooked prune and candied fruits. Lively and warm, supported by a woody note of spices and liquorice. A decanting will reveal some peppery notes.
