• 97% Tempranillo, 3% mixed Mazuelo (Carignan), Garnacha, and Viura • sourced from El Pisón, El Revilla and Las Naves, limestone-rich sites totaling 1.5 hectares and averaging 80 years of age in the village of Elvillar in Rioja Alavesa • destemmed and fermented in stainless steel • aged in 500-liter French oak barrels for 14 months, followed by 5 additional months in tank after blending • 3600 bottles produced
