It has a very elegant and beautiful colour, a delicate body and an excellent balance between the sweetness and acidity. It's a wine with a fabulous aroma and excellent taste.

APPEARANCE - Very elegant and beautiful amber colour.

NOSE - Grapey with citrus and orange peel notes and lightly oxidative hints.

PALATE - Citrusy and fresh palate set against aged roundness, quite powerful yet in excellent balance between sweetness and acidity.

AGEING - In stainless steel to keep its freshness.

PAIRING - It should be served fresh and enjoyed as an aperitif, with fruit pies or creamy cheeses. Try it as a cocktail with 1⁄2 Moscatel and
1⁄2 Tonic, with mint and lemon on ice.
