DESCRIPTION
DESCRIPTION
Building on the original Dry Gin, this Mandarin expression adds six days of cold maceration with sun-dried Mandarin orange peel sourced from Zhejiang province. After the primary botanical distillation, the spirit undergoes a second copper-still pass to integrate the citrus oils. The final cut is proofed to 42% ABV and rested briefly to allow the mandarin character to marry seamlessly with the core botanical profile.
