Crafted in Shanghai using a high-purity wheat neutral spirit, Porcelain Shanghai Dry Gin begins with a 24-hour maceration of a bespoke botanical blend: juniper berries, angelica root, coriander seed, Sichuan pepper, pomelo peel, and green tea leaves at room temperature. The macerated spirit is then double-distilled in a small copper pot still, with a carefully controlled slow distillation to capture delicate aromatics. A final filtration over glacial spring sourced water crystals softens the spirit before bottling at 43% ABV.
