DESCRIPTION
Poliziano was founded in 1961 and is now one of the largest family estates in Montepulciano, with 130 hectares of vines. The Vino Nobile is 85 percent Prugnolo Gentile, the local name for Sangiovese, with a little Canaiolo, Colorino and Merlot. Red and black cherry with wild berry, dried herbs and violet, cedar and leather from the oak. Firm but refined tannins and lively acidity.
