Produced in Tuscany's prestigious Bolgheri DOC, Poggio al Tesoro Solosole Vermentino is crafted entirely from Vermentino grapes grown in vineyards influenced by the nearby Tyrrhenian Sea. The grapes are harvested during the cooler hours of the day and gently pressed before undergoing temperature-controlled fermentation in stainless steel tanks to preserve freshness and varietal character.
