• 100% Pinot Noir • Zio Tony Ranch Vineyard, Russian River Valley • Vineyard is named after Lee Sr.’s uncle Tony who was the first in the Bondi Family to be born in America (Zio means uncle in Italian) • Goldridge and Clay-loam soils • Dijon clones 115, 777, 828 • Fermented in 100% neutral French oak • 100% Malolactic fermentation • Aged for 10 months in 50% new French oak • 600 cases produced
