• Practicing Organic • 100% Pinot Noir • Blend of multiple clones and vineyards around Sta. Rita Hills AVA • All the vineyards are farmed sustainably, and hand harvested • Each Clone is harvested separately and fermented in small batches • 50% whole cluster fermentation • One punch down per day during primary fermentation and then gently pressed • Aged for 12 months in French oak (15% new) • Bottled without fining or filtration • 600 cases produced • Aged 11 months in French oak (10% new) • 1,350 cases produced • 13% abv
