• Certified Sustainable (CSWA) • 100% Pinot Noir • Sangiacomo-Roberts Road Vineyard (Petaluma Gap AVA) • Planted in 1999 • Dijon 777 and Pommard clones • Hand-harvested at night and early mornings • Cold-soaked and left to naturally ferment • Once fermented dry it is racked to barrels for malolactic fermentation • Aged 10 months in medium toast, French oak barrels (50% new) • 14.5% abv
