Eden clone • Elliott Vineyard (Fort Ross-Seaview AVA) • Planted by the Hellenthal family 40 years ago in schist soils with quartz deposits • Hand harvested • 60-80% whole cluster • Fermented in small fermenters for 14-20 days • Mixture of pumpovers and punch downs • Aged 12 months in French oak (25% new)
