DESCRIPTION
All Pinot Noir from a single block called Strofi at Amyndeon in northern Greece, 620 metres up. Destemmed, cold soaked, fermented with native yeasts with regular pigeage, then twelve months in Allier barriques. Wild cherry with spiced black plum, raspberry and cocoa, and dried rose. Medium bodied, with real depth held up by fresh acidity and minerality.
