• Practicing Organic • 100% Pinot Noir • Cuvée Annabelle is named after one of John and Phoebe's twin daughters • Sourced from Kings Ridge Vineyard (West Sonoma Coast AVA) • Old-growth redwood forest protects the site from coastal winds • High-density planting (2400 vines/acre) • South facing site • Hard sandstone & quartz soils • Hand-harvested • 100% Native yeast fermentation • 40% whole cluster • Aged 12 months in 25-30% new French oak • Put back into used barrels for an additional 3-6 months • 12.6% abv
