• 100% Pinot Noir • Sourced from a single vineyard in close proximity to Lake Dunstan (surrounded on three sides), where the proximity to water creates a unique mesoclimate • The vineyard possesses a heavy silt soil overlie alluvial gravels interspersed with calcareous seams • The nature of being a gravity flow winery allows grapes to be gently destemmed without pumping • 25% whole cluster fermentation • Native yeast fermentation • Aged for 13 months in Burgundian French oak (25% new) • No fining or filtering
