• Practicing Organic • 100% Pinot Noir • Dundee Hills AVA • Sourced from Balcombe Vineyard at 600-700 ft elevation • Site planted in 1990 to Pommard Pinot Noir clone • 40-50% whole cluster fermentation • 4 day cold soak • Full fermentation from beginning to pressing was 17-18 days • Aged 9 months in barrel, 16% new oak • Bottled unfined and unfiltered • 474 cases produced • 13.5% abv
