Pencarrow is Palliser Estate's second label, all Martinborough fruit from their East Base vineyard, cool fermented in stainless steel and left three months on lees with stirring. Pale lemon, musky and intense: orange blossom, passionfruit, blackcurrant and white peach. Ripe and juicy on the palate with a clean, dry, mouthwatering finish.
