• Peach-flavored whiskey produced by Starlight Distillery in Starlight, Indiana • Distilled from a mash bill of 99% corn and 1% malted barley • Twice distilled in a Vendome brass-and-copper pot still • Aged up to 18 months in ex–whiskey barrels previously used to age Starlight whiskeys • Whiskey is blended with concentrated, cold-pressed peach juice from estate-grown peaches • A spritely nose of lemon zest, dried apricot, peach gummies, pine resin, and a hint of brown sugar precedes a juicy palate of vanilla, peach, cinnamon, tangerine, caramel, and prickly ash • 42% ABV Starlight Distillery’s Peach Whiskey is lovingly crafted by combining pot-distilled light whiskey aged in used Starlight whiskey barrels with sun-ripened peaches grown on the Huber family’s 700+-acre farm. As a full-proof spirit, Starlight Peach Whiskey is perfect for highballs and can be used as a base or split-base spirit in cocktails.
