This Pinot Noir is made from grapes grown in the cool-climate Goldrock Estate vineyard in Sonoma Coast. After careful hand-harvesting, the grapes undergo fermentation in small, open-top fermenters, allowing for gentle extraction of flavors. The wine is then aged for several months in French oak barrels, resulting in a wine with bright red fruit, earthy notes, and a silky texture.
