These bottles come from hand-selected, deeply charred oak barrels and are aged undisturbed for 15 years before public release. The time allows the flavors from the oak to mellow while the flavors from the base ingredients strengthen. If you have an opportunity to taste this rare and limited release, expect complex, rich notes of dried fruits, exotic spices, oak tannins, and a cooked sugary sweetness.
