Pallini Raspicello is a rare delight. It has a ruby, jewel-toned appearance and a silky, lightweight body. The aroma of wild vine-ripened raspberries is glorious. The bouquet more than sets the stage for what is to follow. The Raspicello's initial attach is somewhat demure yet remarkably smooth. As the liqueur washes over the palate, the fresh fruit flavors begin to grow in intensity, with the raspberry character attracting all of the early reviews. There are notes of other soft berries in the palate that are subtle, yet discernible for those who care to notice. The melange of delectable flavors lingers on the palate for an impressively long time. Raspicello is an exquisite, skillfully balanced liqueur. Nicola Pallini started the company in 1875. In 1917, the company was shifted to Rome from its original location in a small Italian village named Antrodoco. In the early 2000s, the company introduced its newest brand, Pallini Limoncello, which has become the basis of the popularity of this liqueur company.
