Opaque Darkness

Opaque means “impenetrable to light” and refers to the wine’s dark, inky color. Its 4 flavors include Opaque Darkness, Opaque Petit Verdot, Opaque Zinfandel, and Opaque Malbec. These wines capture masterful flavors of raspberry, black cherry, black plum, and other bold flavors. Opaque stands as one of San Antonio Winery’s most precious artisan blends.

Dark garnet color. Fruity aromas and flavors of berry compote, baking spices, and toffee with a slightly chewy, lively, fruity medium-full body and a very long blueberry pie, caramelized peaches and citrus, and spiced apples and dried berries finish with silky tannins. A wonderfully robust and fruity red blend for now or later.
