DESCRIPTION
Full and round on the palate with mineral, spicy and nutty notes. A dashing and amiable wine. Ideal with terrines of small vegetables, and some cheeses such as goat cheese and Gruyère.
80% of the blend is from the south-facing Bonneveaux, with the rest from Les Coères and limestone-driven Perrières. Franck Grux vinifies all the elements separately, blending post malolactic. Rich and textured, with fine acidity to balance.
