It is in a relatively fast maturing style, but the Port has great, ripe blackberry jelly flavors, some dry tannins and a full, fleshy feel.
It has a deep purple color and shows an intense concentrated aroma, dominated by ripe fruits notes (cassis, plum, blackberry), floral (violet), cocoa, exotic woods and hints of resin (pine, cedar, peppermint and varnish) typical.
