Vibrant and lifted aromas of green apples, jalapenos, white pepper and fennel. The palate is medium-bodied with bright acidity and a textural, rounded mouthfeel. A nicely balanced blend of 88% sauvignon blanc and 12% semillon.
The 2024 vintage opens with vibrant aromas of lemon meringue, tangerine, and crisp Granny Smith apple. On the palate, a burst of ruby red grapefruit leads the way, layered with juicy melon and a hint of tropical fruit. Lively and expressive, this Sauvignon Blanc shines with bright acidity and a refreshing energy that carries through to the clean, lingering finish.
