DESCRIPTION
Made from 100% Sauvignon Blanc, the grapes are planted on schist-based soils. Fermentation occurs in stainless steel and the wine rests briefly before bottling and release.
On the nose, pronounced herbaceous notes, light citrus pith, and tangerine come to mind. On the palate, those same citrus and herbaceous aromas come through with added mouthwatering acidity. Fresh and vibrant with a mineral backbone. Pair with goat cheese, your favorite cold, summer salad, or a classic ratatouille.
