DESCRIPTION
DESCRIPTION
Vermentino from the Tuscan Maremma, on the coast near Capalbio, aged only in steel so nothing softens the edges. Grey gold with green at the rim, then grapefruit, lime and white peach with cut grass and a little starfruit. Fresh on entry, moving to pear and fresh almond, finishing on grapefruit pith with a salty, stony bite. An aperitif wine, or anything from the sea.
